Our East Harlem clinic provides medical and inpatient surgical care for dogs and cats. We are one of the few veterinary clinics that perform laser and cryo surgery for tumor removals. We have a MedRx video otoscope system, which provides state of the art ear examinations allowing owners to clearly see any ear issues their pet may have. We also have a fully stocked on-site pharmacy and can provide almost all medications at time of service.
What To Expect During Your Visit:
If this is your first visit to our clinic, we will take a comprehensive history of your pet including lifestyle habits, feeding schedule, types of treats, behavioral issues, any preventative flea/ticks meds and pressing concerns if any. We spend this time to get to know you and your dog or cat so we are able to appropriately address your questions and concerns. The Doctor will then perform a comprehensive examination while explaining any additional treatments or diagnostics that need to be performed. Our goal is to make the visit as comfortable as possible for both you and your pet. You will be able to stay with your pet during the entire examination and for the majority of treatments/procedures. We also have separate dog and cat exam rooms to limit stress.
Scheduling a Visit
Visits to our clinic are by appointment only. We are unfortunately not equipped to take walk-ins.

We require a $60, non-refundable deposit for all appointments at time of scheduling. The deposit will be applied to your bill on the day of service. If you don't show up, cancel, reschedule or arrive too late for us to accommodate you, you lose your deposit.
Appointments generally last 30-45 minutes. All payments are due at time of service. We accept all major credit cards, Care Credit ( www.carecredit.com ) and cash.
