We want to let you know about an important update to our billing policy. Due to increasing credit card processing fees charged by our payment providers, we must adjust our billing practices.    

Effective immediately, credit card payments will incur a 2.6% surcharge. Payments made by cash, debit card, or Care Credit will not be affected. For full transparency, both the cash and credit prices will appear on all invoices and estimates.  

We understand this may not be welcome news, but this change is necessary as it allows us to keep our overall costs under control and maintain stable pricing for the high-quality care your pets receive. Oliver’s Dog & Cat Clinic has been absorbing these fees for more than two decades, but it has become increasingly difficult to manage.
