New York State has confirmed that veterinary services are an essential business and we will continue to provide veterinary care during the COVID-19 outbreak. We are following CDC recommendations regarding social distancing and sanitization to ensure the safety of our clients and staff. We are closely monitoring the current COVID-19 outbreak and what it means for our clients and staff. This page will be updated regularly as new information becomes available.
You must have an appointment for your pet to be seen. We require a $60, non-refundable deposit for ALL appointments. If you don't show up, cancel, reschedule or arrive too late for us to accommodate you, you lose your deposit. The deposit will be applied to your bill day of service.
We require everyone to wear a mask and gloves when coming to the clinic.
We can not stress this enough...If you are ill or not feeling well or have had contact with someone who is ill, DO NOT come to the clinic.
Social Distancing Protocols
Until further notice pet parents are not allowed in the clinic for routine appointments. Please call when you arrive and our staff will meet you at the door to bring your pet into the clinic. Please have your pet leashed or in a carrier. We will communicate with pet parents via cell phone while their pets are in the clinic.
Please call first to request medication and/or food pick up. We would appreciate payment over the phone prior to picking up if possible. All food and medication pickup is door service only.
